Shipping and Handling Policy:
In an effort to accurately charge the appropriate amount for shipping and handling, each order will be individually assessed based on number of items selected, size, weight, and buyer's zip code. The estimated shipping amount, along with the necessary handling fees, will be issued in a separate invoice.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx which will include insurance of up to $100.00 and tracking information.
Please allow 3 business days to process your order request. Your order will then be shipped 2-3 business days after receipt of full payment (order amount plus shipping and handling). Custom orders or backorders will require an additional 7-10 business days for processing. We will communicate your order status as it progresses with a final email notification once the order has been shipped.
